    摘要:

    實驗比較研究了鹽酸、硝酸、氫氟酸、高氯酸、硫酸等幾種酸以一定的配比混合消解催化劑試樣,采用光度法測定試樣中貴金屬Pt、Pd、Rh的含量。結(jié)果表明:采用聚四氟乙烯消化罐,試劑用HCl-HF-H2O2溶解催化劑試樣,更利于Pt、Pd、Rh的溶出,Pt、Pd、Rh的回收率分別為99.5%、99.8%、101.6%,相對標準偏差分別為3.04%、2.71%、1.80%。結(jié)果滿意,方法簡便,容易操作。

    Abstract:

    Sample digestion methods of automobile catalysts were researched, based on a certain ratio of hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid and sulfuric acid. The content of Pt, Pd and Rh in samples was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The results show that the digestion method with hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide and adopting a polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) digestion tank, is more beneficial to the digestion of Pt, Pd and Rh. The recovery rates of Pt, Pd and Rh are 99.5%, 99.8% and 101.6%, respectively. The relative standard deviation is 3.04% for Pt, 2.71% for Pd and 1.80% for Rh. The method is simple and the result is satisfactory.
