    摘要:

    采用交流電沉積法,在預(yù)制備的鉑電極對之間可以獲得不同形貌的金納米結(jié)構(gòu)。通過控制實驗條件,如交流電頻率、電鍍液濃度等,可沉積出直線型金納米線。利用示波器監(jiān)測電路電流控制電路的通斷,可以使沉積出的金線接通電極對。通過TEM觀察和伏安特性測試,使電沉積金線為單晶結(jié)構(gòu)且具有較低的電阻率 (7.8×10-7 Ω·m),交流電沉積法生長金線在微/納連接和生物/化學傳感器中具有潛在的應(yīng)用。

    Abstract:

    A novel templateless AC electrochemical deposition method for controllable synthesis of gold nano/micro wire was proposed. Liner gold nanowires could be obtained by controlling the processing parameters, such as AC frequency, plating solution concentration, etc. Gold wire fabricated by this method could connect the electrodes using oscillograph to monitor the circuit. The TEM characterization results prove the fabricated gold nano/micro wire is of single-crystal structure. The measurement results of the electrical characteristics demonstrate that the gold nano/micro wire has a low resistivity (7.8×10-7 Ω·m). The wire produced by the templateless AC electrochemical deposition method has the application potentials in micro/nano interconnection, bio/chemical sensors etc.
