    摘要:

    利用分離式Hopkinson Bar技術(shù),對α+β雙相鈦合金TC6鍛態(tài)變形組織不同取向圓柱試樣進行動態(tài)壓縮試驗,結(jié)合力學響應(yīng)及微觀分析方法,研究TC6鈦合金變形組織不同取向的絕熱剪切敏感性。結(jié)果表明:TC6鈦合金變形組織不同取向的絕熱剪切敏感性不同,具有顯著的各向異性特點,法向(ND)具有最高的絕熱剪切敏感性,RD方向具有最小的絕熱剪切敏感性。3種不同取向的絕熱剪切敏感性差異主要是由于變形過程中各取向所產(chǎn)生的熱軟化效應(yīng)不同所致。

    Abstract:

    By means of the technology of split Hopkinson bar, dynamic compression experimentation on TC6 titanium alloy have been carried out for cylindrical specimens cut along different directions of deformed contexture. The susceptibility of the different directions of deformed contexture of the TC6 titanium alloy to adiabatic shearing has been studied by means of associating their mechanical response under high strain rate with micro-analysis. Results show that the sensitivities of the different directions to adiabatic shearing are highly anisotropy. RD has the lowest sensitivity to adiabatic shearing and ND has the highest to adiabatic shearing. The differences of susceptibility of the different directions of deformed contexture to adiabatic shearing are caused by different thermal softening effect in the course of dynamic deformation
