    摘要:

    采用沉淀法制備甲醇氧化電催化劑10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C,并在Ar氣氛下對(duì)它進(jìn)行熱處理。用XRD和HRTEM研究熱處理對(duì)10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌的影響,用循環(huán)伏安法和計(jì)時(shí)電流法研究熱處理對(duì)10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C電化學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著熱處理溫度的升高,催化劑Pt尺寸增大、活性提高;與無(wú)熱處理的20%Pt/C相比較,700 ℃熱處理的10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C對(duì)甲醇的催化氧化性能最好,它對(duì)甲醇氧化的起始電位降低了150 mV,對(duì)甲醇的氧化峰電流提高了2.48倍

    Abstract:

    10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C electrocatalyst for methanol oxidation was prepared by a deposition method, and it was heat treated in Ar atmosphere. The effects of heat treatment on morphology, microstructure and electrochemical performances were characterized by XRD, HRTEM, cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperograms. The results show that with the increase of heat-treatment temperature, the size of Pt particles is increased, and the catalytic performance becomes higher. In comparison with the 20%Pt/C without heat treatment, the catalytic performance of 10%Nb2O5·nH2O-20%Pt/C with heat treatment at 700 oC for methanol oxidation is best. Its initial potential of methanol oxidation is reduced by 150 mV, and the peak current for methanol oxidation is increased by 2.48 times
