    摘要:

    采用熱等靜壓(HIP)技術(shù)對(duì)鈾表面鋁鍍層進(jìn)行處理,利用電化學(xué)測(cè)試技術(shù)、掃描電鏡(SEM)及X射線能譜(EDS)對(duì)樣品在50 μL/L Cl-的KCl水溶液中的電化學(xué)腐蝕行為進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:200 ℃, 0.5 h, 60 MPa HIP處理的鋁鍍層耐腐蝕性能優(yōu)于未處理鍍層;480 ℃, 1.0 h, 60 MPa HIP處理鍍層的耐腐蝕性能下降較為明顯;HIP處理后樣品的腐蝕特征為典型的局部腐蝕,在腐蝕過(guò)程中會(huì)出現(xiàn)鍍層的破裂、剝落

    Abstract:

    Aluminum coating on the uranium surface was treated with hot isostatic pressing (HIP). Then the electrochemical corrosion behavior of samples in 50 μL/L Cl- KCl solution were investigated by electrochemical techniques, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS). The results indicate that the corrosion-resistant property of the aluminum coating HIPed at 200 oC, 0.5 h, 60 MPa is better than that of the untreated coating, while the corrosion-resistant property is decreased for the coating with HIP at 480 oC, 1.0 h, 60 MPa. The corrosion characteristics of the HIPed aluminum coating is typical local corrosion, and the coating presents cracking and flaking off during corrosion process.
