    摘要:

    基于軋制態(tài)Ni-5%W(原子分?jǐn)?shù))合金基帶短樣品在不同溫度退火的結(jié)果,對(duì)Ni-5%W合金長(zhǎng)帶進(jìn)行了輥到輥退火處理。分析不同溫度下退火后的硬度,通過X射線極圖法評(píng)價(jià)再結(jié)晶織構(gòu),采用光學(xué)顯微鏡分析基帶的微觀結(jié)構(gòu),討論退火溫度對(duì)再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)的影響,考察短帶與長(zhǎng)帶再結(jié)晶織構(gòu)的差異。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):長(zhǎng)帶和短帶都具有很強(qiáng)的立方織構(gòu)

    Abstract:

    Cold rolled Ni-5at%W substrates with short length were annealed at different temperatures. On the basis of the results of annealing of short length substrates, the substrates with long length were annealed by reel-to-reel method. The hardness of the annealed substrates at different temperatures was analyzed. The recrystallization textures were evaluated by X-ray pole figure and the microstructure were investigated by optical microscopy. The effects of annealing temperature on the recrystalization texture were discussed. The differences of recrystallization texture between short length substrates and long length substrates were investigated. It is found that both short length substrates and long length substrates have very strong cube texture
