    摘要:

    以噴霧干燥法制備的不同稀土Y含量的90W-7Ni-3Fe復(fù)合粉末為原料,在不同的燒結(jié)溫度下制備出不同稀土含量的鎢合金,采用XRD、SEM和EDX研究了稀土Y在90W-7Ni-3Fe合金中的存在形態(tài)和分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:稀土Y以Y2O3的形式存在于合金中,且鎢顆粒內(nèi)部未發(fā)現(xiàn)稀土Y的存在。Y的添加量為0.4%時,以富Y顆粒的形式分布在鎢顆粒與粘結(jié)相之間;當(dāng)添加量為5%時,在粘結(jié)相中形成了富Y區(qū)域。添加稀土Y可以有效地細化鎢顆粒。

    Abstract:

    A series of 90W-7Ni-3Fe alloys with different yttrium contents were fabricated via liquid phase sintering of nano-composite powder prepared by spray drying with subsequent thermal reduction process. The rare earth Y content was 0, 0.4% and 5% (mass fraction). XRD, SEM and EDX were used to analyze the existence state and distribution characteristics of yttrium added in the 90W-7Ni-3Fe alloys. The results show that the added yttrium exists in the form of Y2O3 and Y is not detected within the W particles. When the content of yttrium is 0.4%, a new phase rich in yttrium locates between the tungsten particles and the matrix material; with the content of yttrium increasing to 5%, the yttrium-rich region appears in the matrix and the particle size of W is refined effectively.
