    摘要:

    采用固固摻雜、液固摻雜和液液摻雜方法制備了稀土氧化物摻雜鉬粉,隨后利用等離子體快速燒結(jié)(spark plasma sinterin, SPS)和傳統(tǒng)的壓制與高溫?zé)Y(jié)分別制備稀土-鉬金屬陶瓷材料,利用金相顯微鏡、發(fā)射性能測(cè)試方法對(duì)樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和二次電子發(fā)射性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:稀土氧化物均勻摻雜和組織的細(xì)化有利于材料發(fā)射性能提高。經(jīng)過(guò)高溫氫氣處理,使得樣品激活溫度大幅降低,發(fā)射系數(shù)大幅提高。

    Abstract:

    The rare earth oxides (REO) doped molybdenum powder was prepared by solid-solid doping, solid-liquid doping and liquid-liquid doping, respectively; afterwards, the powder was sintered by spark plasma sintering and traditional sintering combined with cold isostatic compaction method for fabricating REO-Mo cermet cathodes. OM and emission property tests were used to research the microstructure and the secondary electron emission properties of the samples. The results show that the emission properties of the material can be enhanced through the uniform distribution of rare earth oxides and the refinement of structure. The activation temperature can be decreased greatly by annealing in hydrogen at high temperature, and the secondary emission yield is also enhanced apparently.
