    摘要:

    針對火花等離子體放電法制得粉末中的氧含量高的現(xiàn)狀,對高溫合金粉末的還原過程進行了探索性研究。結(jié)果表明:火花等離子體放電法制得的氧含量較高的鎳基高溫合金粉末使用CaH2作為脫氧劑,在常壓氬氣保護下550 ℃的低溫下即可將原始粉末中的氧含量由9.26%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù), 下同)降至1.52%,最終粉末中的氧含量主要取決于CaO的去除情況

    Abstract:

    Due to the high oxygen content of the superalloy powder produced by a novel Spark Plasma Discharge Process, the reduction process of superalloy powder was studied exploringly. Results show that under the protection of argon by atmospheric pressure at 550 oC and with CaH2 as its deoxidizer, the oxygen content of the Ni-based superalloy powder prepared by the novel method is decreased from 9.26% to 1.52%, and the final oxygen content depends mainly on the content of CaO left
