    摘要:

    對U-5.7Nb合金試樣進(jìn)行了190 ℃人工等溫時(shí)效,時(shí)效時(shí)間從1 h到16 h。對比并討論了X射線衍射數(shù)據(jù),給出了由于時(shí)效誘導(dǎo)的結(jié)構(gòu)變化,包括晶格參數(shù)、晶格應(yīng)變及Nb在基體中的殘留量。結(jié)果表明,190 ℃下時(shí)效2 h,U-5.7Nb合金內(nèi)部出現(xiàn)了調(diào)幅分解,隨著時(shí)效時(shí)間延長,觀察到γ0相生成

    Abstract:

    U-5.7Nb alloy specimens were artificially aged by isothermal treatments at 190 °C for 1 to 16 h. X-ray diffraction data were collected and discussed. Aging-induced changes in the structure, including lattice parameters, lattice strains and residual niobium in solution, were given. The results show that spinodal decomposition takes place in the U-5.7Nb alloy after aging at 190 °C for 2 h, and further aging causes formation of γ0 phase
