    摘要:

    采用高分辨掃描電鏡、物理化學(xué)相分析、X射線衍射等手段對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)GH80A合金熱處理態(tài)的微觀組織特征進(jìn)行了定性和定量分析。結(jié)果表明,合金晶界分布有M7C3、M23C6兩種碳化物,有效強(qiáng)化晶界,晶內(nèi)彌散分布有γ'強(qiáng)化相,有效提高合金的高溫強(qiáng)度;此外,采用Thermo-Calc熱力學(xué)計(jì)算軟件和Ni基數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),對(duì)GH80A平衡析出相和非平衡凝固過(guò)程進(jìn)行了模擬計(jì)算,并分析了合金元素Al、Ti對(duì)γ'相, C對(duì)MC、M7C3、M23C6 3種碳化物析出量和析出溫度的影響

    Abstract:

    The as-heat-treated microstructure characteristics of GH80A superalloy were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by HRTEM, XRD and physical-chemical phase analysis. Results show that M7C3 and M23C6 carbides distribute at the grain boundaries to strengthen the grain boundaries and γ' phase distribute dispersively in the grains to increase the high-temperature strength. Besides, the equilibrium precipitates and non-equilibrium solidification process were simulated and calculated by Thermo-Calc software and Ni-base database. The effect of Al and Ti on the precipitated temperature and mass fraction of γ' phase and the effect of carbon on the carbide precipitation rules of MC, M7C3 and M23C6 were also studied
