    摘要:

    研究采用激光沖擊強(qiáng)化滲鋁方法提高K417合金震動(dòng)疲勞性能的可行性。結(jié)果表明:該方法可以有效提高K417合金的振動(dòng)疲勞強(qiáng)度。利用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡對(duì)試樣進(jìn)行了觀察和分析,并對(duì)振動(dòng)疲勞性能提高的機(jī)制進(jìn)行了討論。

    Abstract:

    The feasibility of improving the vibration fatigue performance of K417 alloy by laser shock processing and aluminizing was studied. The result shows that the vibration fatigue performance of K417 alloy is effectively enhanced by laser shock processing and aluminizing. The specimens were analyzed by SEM and TEM, and the mechanism of the vibration fatigue performance improvement was discussed.
