    摘要:

    研制開發(fā)了一種新型鎂合金低壓鑄造連續(xù)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)。該技術(shù)采用雙工位結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計,通過臺車的移動與升降,實現(xiàn)兩臺鎂合金低壓鑄造設(shè)備在不同工位之間的切換,保證鎂合金鑄件生產(chǎn)的連續(xù)進行。在液面加壓控制系統(tǒng)中采用了液面懸浮技術(shù),可實現(xiàn)鎂合金液面在升液管口的精確懸浮控制,有效降低了鑄件中的氧化夾雜缺陷,提高了生產(chǎn)效率。研制開發(fā)的模糊PID復(fù)合控制算法,可實現(xiàn)鎂合金低壓鑄造過程的精確控制,壓力控制誤差在0.5 kPa以內(nèi)。

    Abstract:

    A new type of continuous production technology of low pressure casting for magnesium alloy was developed. Using the duplex station design, the technology achieves the switch between two pieces of low pressure casting equipment of magnesium alloy at different stations through the furnace transportation vehicle’s movements, ensuring the continuous production of magnesium alloy casting. A level suspension technology has been used in the pressure control system, which realizes the precise suspension control of metal level in riser tube orifice, reduces the oxide inclusion defects and improves the production efficiency. The developed fuzzy-PID hybrid control technology possesses high precision during the course of low pressure casting process for magnesium alloy. The pressure control error is less than 0.5 kPa.
