    摘要:

    采用熔滴涂覆法,在AZ91表面制備了與基體冶金結合、且與涂覆原料性能相近的Al涂層。分析了涂覆界面附近區(qū)域的顯微組織形貌、相結構及化學成分,并對顯微硬度和耐蝕性進行了測試。結果表明,在熔滴涂覆過程中,Mg和Al元素發(fā)生了一定程度的擴散,但富Mg液相和富Al液相混溶的過程被限制在一個薄層區(qū)域內進行,所得Al涂層的化學成分、顯微硬度及耐蝕性均與涂覆原料相近。這個結果說明,通過熔滴涂覆技術,可以制備成分可控的涂層,為利用現(xiàn)有耐蝕耐磨材料進行鎂合金的表面防護提供了可能性。

    Abstract:

    Al coating, which has similar properties to droplet metal and metallurgical bonding with the substrate, was prepared on AZ91 alloy surface by droplet coating treatment. The microstructure, phase structure and composition of the area near the coating interface were analyzed. The microhardness and corrosion resistance of the coating were also tested. The results show that the element diffusion takes place between Mg and Al during the droplet coating process, but the process of mixing Mg-rich and Al-rich liquids is limited within a thin layer. The composition, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the prepared coating are similar to those of droplet metal Al. The results demonstrate that droplet coating which can prepare the composition-controllable coating is a promising way for magnesium surface protection by the available corrosion resistant materials.
