    摘要:

    以氯化鈉作為造孔劑,利用金屬注射成形(MIM)工藝制備多孔鈦。研究燒結(jié)溫度、造孔劑粒度和含量對(duì)多孔鈦孔隙度、微觀形貌和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,多孔鈦的孔隙度逐漸下降而抗壓強(qiáng)度和彈性模量逐漸升高;隨著造孔劑粒度的減小,多孔鈦的孔徑也隨之減??;隨著造孔劑含量的增多,多孔鈦的孔隙度逐漸增大;MIM多孔鈦植入體的最佳燒結(jié)溫度為1100~1200 ℃,NaCl的最優(yōu)粒度為150~250 μm。

    Abstract:

    Metal injection molding (MIM) was used to fabricate porous titanium with sodium chloride (NaCl) as spacer-holder. The effects of sintering temperature, particle size and amount of the spacer-holder on porosity, microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated. The results show that the porosity of porous titanium decreases while the compressive strength and elastic modulus increases with the increasing of sintering temperature. The pore size of porous titanium decreases with the granularity of NaCl decreasing, and the porosity increases with the addition of spacer-holder. The optimum sintering temperature of MIM porous titanium implant is 1100-1200 oC, and the optimum granularity of NaCl is 150-250 μm.
