    摘要:

    以Al-Cu-Li-Zr-Ce合金為研究對象,采用半定量分析統(tǒng)計(jì)方法,研究其斷裂韌性機(jī)制,重點(diǎn)討論時(shí)效時(shí)間和裂尖應(yīng)力狀態(tài)對合金分層開裂機(jī)制的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨時(shí)效時(shí)間延長,起始區(qū)分層開裂特征所占比例越大,韌窩比例越小,甚至出現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)解理特征;穩(wěn)態(tài)擴(kuò)展區(qū),分層開裂為主要開裂機(jī)制;近失穩(wěn)擴(kuò)展區(qū),分層比例下降,準(zhǔn)解理逐漸成為主要斷裂特征。隨時(shí)效時(shí)間延長和裂紋擴(kuò)展,分層厚度減小。分層裂紋的產(chǎn)生及擴(kuò)展與主裂紋擴(kuò)展及合金的時(shí)效時(shí)間有密切的關(guān)系。斷裂韌性試樣斷口上分層比例較高時(shí),合金可以獲得較高的強(qiáng)度,同時(shí)保持相對較高的韌性。

    Abstract:

    The fracture mechanisms of Al-Cu-Li-Zr-Ce alloys aged for different time were studied by means of semi-quantity method. The effects of aging time and stress state of the crack tip on the fracture mechanisms were discussed. The results show that in the initial cracking area, with longer aging time the delamination percentage increases, the dimple percentage decreases, and even quasi-cleavage character appears. In the stable crack growth area, the delamination is the main fracture mechanism. However, in the near unstable crack growth area, the delamination percentage decreases and the quasi-cleavage become the main fracture mechanism gradually. The delamination thickness decreases with aging time prolonging and crack growing. The formation and propagation of the delamination cracks are significantly dependent on the main crack growth and the aging time of alloys. The higher delamination percentage leads to higher values both of toughness and strength.
