    摘要:

    研究TA15鈦合金在1050 ℃時(shí),不同應(yīng)變速率下變形過程中動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶組織演變,討論動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶動(dòng)力學(xué)、形核率和晶粒尺寸的演變規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,隨高低應(yīng)變速率不同,存在兩種類型的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象:連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶和不連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶。動(dòng)力學(xué)分析應(yīng)變速率為0.01,0.1,1 s-1時(shí),對(duì)應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶穩(wěn)態(tài)應(yīng)變分別為1.26,1.57,2.93,說明增大應(yīng)變速率則相應(yīng)地提高穩(wěn)態(tài)應(yīng)變,在高應(yīng)變速率條件下,往往難于達(dá)到穩(wěn)態(tài)階段。高應(yīng)變速率下的形核率明顯高于低應(yīng)變速率下的形核率,且低應(yīng)變速率下,較小幅度的增大應(yīng)變速率就能使晶粒尺寸較大幅度下降;而在較高應(yīng)變速率下,晶粒尺寸變化隨應(yīng)變速率改變較小。采用高應(yīng)變速率及大應(yīng)變下發(fā)生的連續(xù)動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶可實(shí)現(xiàn)組織明顯細(xì)化。

    Abstract:

    Dynamic recrystallization microstructure evolution of titanium alloy TA15 was investigated during deformation at 1050 oC and different strain rates. The dynamic recrystallization kinetics, nucleation rate and grain size evolution were discussed. Results show that with different strain rates there are two types of dynamic recrystallization, i.e. the continuous and the discontinuous. According to the dynamic analysis, at the strain rates of 0.01, 0.1 and 1 s-1, the corresponded dynamic recrystallization steady strains are 1.26, 1.57 and 2.93, indicating higher strain rates lead to higher steady strain. It is hard to reach steady stage at higher strain rates while the nucleation is obviously higher than that at lower strain rates. At lower strain rate, a slight increment of strain rates can greatly decrease the grain size; however, at higher strain rates, the grain size is little dependent on the strain rates. Therefore, refinement of structure can be obtained by the continuous dynamic recrystallization at high strain rate and large strain.
