    摘要:

    基于Clark氧化生長應(yīng)變率理論和Wagner氧化模型給出了涂層高溫生長應(yīng)力公式,計(jì)算預(yù)測了熱障涂層中氧化生長應(yīng)力隨時間的演化規(guī)律;利用光致發(fā)光分析技術(shù)對氧化層的應(yīng)力進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)測試,并對兩種結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較和分析。結(jié)果表明,本文給出的熱障涂層高溫氧化生長應(yīng)力模型預(yù)測與實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合

    Abstract:

    The equation of oxidation growth stresses for the thermal barrier coating (TBC) was expressed based on Clark’s oxidation growth strain rate theory and Wagner’s parabolic kinetic model. The evolution regularity of oxidation growth stresses with time in the coating was predicted by calculation. The PSLS (photo-stimulated luminescence spectroscopy) method was also employed to test growth stresses in TBC samples after different oxidation time. Results show that the prediction of the growth stress model for the thermal barrier coating is consistent with the test results
