    摘要:

    采用去合金化法對(duì)Cu0.3Mn0.7合金進(jìn)行自腐蝕制備出厚度為1 mm的納米多孔銅塊體材料。采用XRD、SEM、EDS、AAS等分析了樣品的相組成、微觀形貌和元素含量。結(jié)果表明:樣品在室溫0.1 mol/L鹽酸溶液中自腐蝕10 d,得到成分單一,結(jié)構(gòu)均勻的三維連通納米多孔銅塊體材料,其表面平均孔徑尺寸約125 nm,平均骨架尺寸約80 nm,橫截面平均孔徑尺寸約300 nm。

    Abstract:

    A bulk nanoporous copper with thickness of 1 mm was fabricated from freely corroded Cu0.3Mn0.7 alloy by means of dealloying. The phases and microstructure of samples were analyzed by XRD, FESEM, EDS and AAS. The results indicate the nanoporous copper with a uniform monolithic structure in three-dimension can be created by free-corrosion dealloying Cu0.3Mn0.7 alloy in 0.1 mol/L HCl solution for 10 d, with an average surface pore diameter of 125 nm and an average ligament size of 80 nm, also with an average cross section pore diameter of 300 nm.
