    摘要:

    對(duì)Ti600高溫鈦合金600 ℃熱暴露不同時(shí)間的組織和性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,該合金在熱暴露過(guò)程中析出物的量不多,主要是硅化物的析出和a相的有序化過(guò)程。熱暴露過(guò)程中,合金塑性的降低主要是硅化物和a2相協(xié)同作用的結(jié)果,其中a2相對(duì)力學(xué)性能的影響起主導(dǎo)作用;a2相的穩(wěn)定化和長(zhǎng)大過(guò)程是合金塑性下降的主要階段。

    Abstract:

    Microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti600 high-temperature after thermal exposure at 600 ℃ for different times were studied. The results show that there is only a little precipitation during thermal exposure, which are mainly silicides and a2 phases. During thermal exposure, the deterioration of plasticity for Ti600 alloy is mainly due to the precipitations of silicides and a2 phases, and in them, the formation of a2 phase play main role. For Ti600 high-temperature titanium alloy, the main decrease stage of plasticity is resulting from the coarsening of a2 phase during thermal exposure process.
