    摘要:

    通過固相反應(yīng)法制備了電子型Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x和其母體Pr2CuO4-x。X射線衍射表明:制備的樣品具有單相結(jié)構(gòu),雜相比較少。磁測量的結(jié)果表明:在Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x中,0.05≤x≤0.20(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù),%, 下同)時(shí)具有超導(dǎo)電性,起始轉(zhuǎn)變溫度Tc=24.5 K。而Pr2CuO4-x僅僅通過調(diào)節(jié)氧含量不能實(shí)現(xiàn)超導(dǎo)。并且通過氧含量對(duì)Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x和Pr2CuO4-x結(jié)構(gòu)、磁性的不同影響的對(duì)比研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x中通過調(diào)節(jié)氧含量實(shí)現(xiàn)超導(dǎo)的原因是引入自由載流子。Pr2CuO4-x不能實(shí)現(xiàn)超導(dǎo)的原因是氧空位出現(xiàn)在不同的氧位上, 并對(duì)相關(guān)機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探討

    Abstract:

    The samples of Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x and Pr2CuO4-x were prepared by a solid reaction method. X-ray diffraction patterns reveal that single-phase Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x and Pr2CuO4-x have been obtained with a small amount of impurity phases. For the samples of Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x, superconductivity transitions are observed in the range of 0.05≤x≤0.20, and Tconset is 24.5 K. The samples of Pr2CuO4-x can not achieve superconductivity only by adjusting the oxygen content. By the comparison of different effects of the oxygen content on structure and magnetic properties, it is found that in Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4-x samples the reason of superconductivity realization by adjusting oxygen content is free carrier introduction, while for Pr2CuO4-x the reason why the superconductivity does not realize is that oxygen vacancies do not appear in the same oxygen position.
