    摘要:

    采用電鍍鉑之后滲鋁的方法在GH586鎳基高溫合金上制備鉑鋁(Pt-Al)涂層,采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射儀、電子能譜儀等方法研究分析其高溫抗氧化性能。結(jié)果表明,Pt-Al涂層具有優(yōu)良的抗高溫氧化性能,Pt的加入,在涂層與基體的互擴(kuò)散中起到了擴(kuò)散障的作用,抑制了基體合金元素向外層擴(kuò)散,優(yōu)化了材料的選擇性氧化。同時(shí),對(duì)Pt元素在其中的作用機(jī)制進(jìn)行探討

    Abstract:

    The high-temperature oxidation resistance behavior of Pt-Al coatings prepared by the electroplating of platinum with the following pack cementation of aluminum on nickel-based superalloys GH586 was studied by SEM, XRD and EDS. The results show that high temperature oxidation resistance of the Pt-Al coatings is excellent. The addition of platinum can prevent the diffusion of the alloy elements in the superalloys outwards to surface layer, and thus increase the high temperature oxidation resistance of coatings. The operation mechanisms of platinum on oxidation behavior were also discussed
