    通過草酸共沉淀法成功合成了5 V正極材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4,采用XRD、SEM、充放電試驗(yàn)和循環(huán)伏安法對合成產(chǎn)物進(jìn)行表征。XRD和SEM分析結(jié)果表明,所合成的正極材料LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4具有立方尖晶石結(jié)構(gòu)(空間群為Fdˉ3 m),結(jié)晶度高,粒度適中且比較均勻。電化學(xué)測試結(jié)果表明,合成產(chǎn)物具有優(yōu)良的電化學(xué)性能,它僅在4.7 V附近有一個放電平臺,0.1 C的放電容量高達(dá)133 mAh/g,50次循環(huán)后放電容量仍保持在128 mAh/g以上,1和3 C的放電容量在30次循環(huán)后也分別保持在122和101 mAh/g以上

    Abstract:

    5 V cathode material LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 was synthesized via an oxalate co-precipitation process. The synthesized product was characterized by XRD, SEM, charge/discharge test and cyclic voltammetry. XRD and SEM results indicate that the synthesized product LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 has cubic spinel structure with space group of Fdˉ3 m, high crystallinity, moderate and uniform particle size. The electrochemical experiment results show that the LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4 has excellent performances. It has only one discharge plateau at around 4.7 V. 0.1 C discharge capacity is up to 133 mAh/g and retains above 128 mAh/g after 50 cycles, 1 C and 3 C discharge capacities after 30 cycles also retain above 122 mAh/g and 101 mAh/g, respectively
