    摘要:

    對(duì)TC4鈦合金緊固孔結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)和理論研究。在結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)原始疲勞質(zhì)量模型基礎(chǔ)上,通過使用載荷譜下結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)的裂紋擴(kuò)展方程確定出給定時(shí)間下對(duì)應(yīng)的裂紋尺寸分布情況,通過選擇合適的參考裂紋尺寸,給出了緊固孔結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)出現(xiàn)5%裂紋時(shí)的壽命,并建議為飛行器結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)壽命,從而為飛行器結(jié)構(gòu)的經(jīng)濟(jì)修理提供指導(dǎo)和依據(jù)

    Abstract:

    The TC4 alloy fastener hole structure parts were researched experimentally and theoretically. Based on the mathematical model of structure detail initial fatigue quality, the corresponding crack size distribution in certain time was determined by the crack growth equation of structure detail under loading spectra. By selecting appropriate referred crack size, the life of fastener hole structure detail in which 5% crack happened was provided and the resulted life was suggested as the economical life of aircraft structure. All the work is helpful to the economic repair of the modern aircraft structure
