    摘要:

    通過溫度和壓力變化精確控制U-2.5%Nb合金氫腐蝕的氫消耗量,利用萬能拉伸試驗(yàn)機(jī)測試不同程度氫腐蝕對U-2.5Nb合金力學(xué)性能的影響,用金相和SEM表征該合金氫腐蝕的形貌和斷面形貌。結(jié)果表明,材料的延伸率和斷面收縮率在氫蝕后下降明顯,抗拉強(qiáng)度隨著腐蝕程度的增加略有下降。根據(jù)腐蝕形貌和斷面形貌討論了氫點(diǎn)蝕影響材料力學(xué)性能的機(jī)制,即氫點(diǎn)蝕引起的蝕坑和微裂紋是造成力學(xué)性能下降的主要原因

    Abstract:

    To evaluate the effect of hydrogen attack on mechanical properties of U-2.5Nb alloy, hydrogen consumable amount of hydrogen attack was precisely controlled by temperature and gas pressure, and the mechanical properties were measured on a tensile test machine. The morphologies of hydrogen corrosion and fracture surface were observed by SEM and OM. The results show that, ductility parameters such as elongation and reduction decrease distinctly due to hydrogen attack, and ultimate tensile strength decreases slightly with increasing of hydrogen corrosion. According to morphologies of hydrogen corrosion and fracture surface, it is concluded that the micro-cracks and pits induced by hydrogen attack result in the loss of ductility of U-2.5% Nb alloy
