    摘要:

    利用分離式Hopkinson動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮裝置對(duì)添加0.03%Y2O3(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù), 下同)的細(xì)晶93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe合金試樣進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)力學(xué)性能測(cè)試，觀察分析了動(dòng)態(tài)壓縮后合金試樣的顯微組織。結(jié)果表明：在應(yīng)變速率為1900 s-1下，合金沿著與沖擊方向成45o的方向形成了明顯的絕熱剪切帶，寬度10~25 μm。說(shuō)明該合金對(duì)局部絕熱剪切的敏感性大大提高且能在相對(duì)較低的應(yīng)變速率下發(fā)生絕熱剪切。同時(shí)位于剪切帶中心區(qū)域的鎢顆粒沿著其擴(kuò)展方向被劇烈拉長(zhǎng)成纖維狀，表現(xiàn)出塑性流動(dòng)局域失穩(wěn)的特征

    Abstract:

    he dynamic mechanical properties of fine-grained tungsten heavy alloy 93W-4.9Ni-2.1Fe with trace yttria addition were investigated under dynamic compression using Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar. The microstructure of the alloy sample after dynamic compression was analyzed. The results reveal that two obvious adiabatic shear bands were observed at the strain rate of 1900 s-1, indicating that the susceptibility of the fine-grained alloy to local adiabatic shear is significantly enhanced and the fine-grained alloy can form the shear bands at a lower strain rate. The adiabatic shear bands initiate in the crack tip region of the surface area of the specimen, propagating deeply along orientations at 45o to the impact direction. The bands have much narrower width of about 10-25 mm than that of traditional tungsten heavy alloy. Within the center of the bands, the tungsten grains are severely elongated to be fibrous along the propagation directions of the adiabatic shear bands, exhibiting plastic flow localized instability
