    摘要:

    采用低氟溶膠-凝膠法在F 76.2 mm的LaAlO3(LAO)單晶襯底上制備YBCO薄膜，然后對F 76.2 mm的YBCO薄膜樣品的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、膜厚及超導(dǎo)性能進(jìn)行均勻性測試分析。結(jié)果表明：所制備的薄膜厚度均勻并具有較好的c軸外延生長取向和均勻的超導(dǎo)電性能

    Abstract:

    YBCO film was deposited on LaAlO3 (LAO) single crystal substrate of Φ76.2 mm using low-fluorine sol-gel process. The uniformity of microstructure, thickness and superconducting properties of the Φ76.2 mm YBCO film were analyzed. The results show that the whole film has uniform thickness and exhibits good c-axis epitaxial growth orientation and excellent uniform superconducting properties
