    摘要:

    為使TiO2納米管陣列電極更好地應(yīng)用于太陽能電池中,采取恒壓陽極氧化法在質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)0.5%NH4F /甘油電解液中在鈦基體上制備出TiO2納米管陣列。 采用XRD、SEM、電子順磁波普儀(EPR)、交流阻抗法(EIS)和循環(huán)伏安法(CV)研究TiO2納米管陣列電極的電子傳輸性能及界面性質(zhì),確定各電極反應(yīng)過程對(duì)應(yīng)的阻抗曲線,計(jì)算得出電極的電子傳輸動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)。研究表明,TiO2納米管陣列電極表面發(fā)生三價(jià)鈦化合物轉(zhuǎn)化成四價(jià)鈦氧化物的氧化反應(yīng),電極電阻明顯降低,加速了電極-電解液界面電子擴(kuò)散速度,有利于TiO2電極表面自由羥基的產(chǎn)生

    Abstract:

    For better application of TiO2 nanotube array electrodes in solar cells, TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared on a titanium substrate in 0.5wt%NH4F/glycerol electrolyte by means of anodic oxidization at a constant potential. The characteristics of the electron transfer and the interface of the TiO2 nanotube array electrodes were researched by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer (EPR), electrochemical impedance spectra (EIS) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). The impedance curves corresponding to reaction processes of electrodes were determined. Moreover, the dynamic parameters for electron transfer in the electrodes were calculated. The results indicate that the reaction of trivalent titanium compound to tetravalent titanium oxide took place on the surface of the electrodes, leading to great decrease of the resistance of the electrodes. Therefore, the electron pervasion at the electrode-electrolyte interface was accelerated, which was good for the formation of ·OH on the electrode surface
