    摘要:

    通過(guò)測(cè)定H65銅合金攪拌摩擦焊接頭和手工電弧焊接頭在3.5%NaCl溶液中的開(kāi)路電位和極化曲線(xiàn),研究其電化學(xué)腐蝕性能。結(jié)果表明,攪拌摩擦焊接頭的抗腐蝕性能優(yōu)于手工電弧焊接頭。攪拌摩擦焊接頭微觀組織的細(xì)化、均勻化和致密化降低了晶界和晶粒在電化學(xué)上的不均勻性。手工電弧焊接頭脫鋅層和基體界面處產(chǎn)生的拉應(yīng)力對(duì)抗腐蝕性能有較大影響

    Abstract:

    The electrochemical corrosion properties of welded joints of H65 brass alloy by friction stir welding and manual arc welding were studied by measuring open potentials and polarization curves in 3.5% NaCl solution. The result shows that the corrosion resistance of the friction stir welded joint is better than that of manual arc welded joint, because microstructural refinement, homogenization and densification reduced the electrochemical heterogeneity of grains and grain boundaries. The tensile stress between the dezincification layer and substrate has great effect on the corrosion resistance of the manual arc welded joint
