    摘要:

    使用DSC分析Co79.5Sn20.5合金在降溫過程中的熱量變化，并使用自主設(shè)計(jì)的等效磁導(dǎo)率測(cè)量?jī)x測(cè)量此合金在降溫過程中等效磁導(dǎo)率的變化情況。當(dāng)Co79.5Sn20.5合金發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)變化時(shí)，其熱量和等效磁導(dǎo)率都存在明顯的突變。研究Co79.5Sn20.5合金在固態(tài)的無序-有序相變過程中結(jié)構(gòu)及等效磁導(dǎo)率的變化，比較不同物理性質(zhì)對(duì)合金結(jié)構(gòu)變化的表征情況的結(jié)果表明，合金等效磁導(dǎo)率的變化可以表征其液-固相變、居里轉(zhuǎn)變以及固態(tài)相變等結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)變。

    Abstract:

    Thermal variation of the Co79.5Sn20.5 alloy during the cooling process was analyzed by the differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and its equivalent magnetic susceptibility change during the process was measured using a new device. The magnetic susceptibility and the heat of the alloy will change abruptly when there are structure changes. During the disorder-order phase transition in the solid state, the structure and the equivalent magnetic susceptibility were studied. Moreover, the comparison among the microstructure changes by different physical properties indicates that the solid-liquid transition, the Curie transition and the disorder-order solid transformation can be well characterized by the variations of the equivalent magnetic susceptibility.
