    摘要:

    選用表面機(jī)械研磨技術(shù)(SMAT)處理密排六方結(jié)構(gòu)Zr-4合金的表面,實(shí)現(xiàn)Zr-4表面納米化,并利用X射線衍射(XRD)對(duì)比分析不同時(shí)間SMAT處理Zr-4合金表面平均晶粒尺寸。SMAT處理15 min時(shí)Zr-4合金表面平均晶粒尺寸最小,約為20 nm。利用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、透射電鏡(TEM)、高分辨透射電鏡(HRTEM)對(duì)其納米化表層結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征,并研究了其表面納米化機(jī)制。

    Abstract:

    A nanostructured surface layer was induced on the surface of Zr-4 alloy with typical hcp structure by the method of surface mechanical attrition treatment (SMAT). XRD was applied to identify the average surface grain size of specimens processed for different duration. The results show that the minimum average grain size was about 20 nm for 15 min SMAT. Optical microsco(OM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HREM) were adopted to observe the microstructure of nanocrystallized surface layer, and the grain refinement mechanism of Zr-4 was studied.
