    摘要:

    采用拉伸試驗(yàn)、電導(dǎo)率測試、剝落腐蝕試驗(yàn)、金相觀察及透射電鏡分析等方法,研究了不同固溶熱處理工藝(包括常規(guī)固溶、高溫預(yù)析出固溶與部分重固溶)對(duì)AA7085鋁合金的強(qiáng)度、剝落腐蝕性能及顯微組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,采用部分重固溶工藝并時(shí)效處理后,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度降低,但電導(dǎo)率與抗剝落腐蝕性能明顯得到提高。其原因是通過部分重固溶處理并時(shí)效處理后,合金中的晶界析出細(xì)小且非連續(xù)分布的η析出相,從而提高了AA7085鋁合金的抗腐蝕性能。

    Abstract:

    Effects of different solution heat treatment technology, including solution at R.T., pre-precipitation at high temperature and partial resolution, on microstructure, strength and exfoliation corrosion properties of AA7085 aluminum alloys were investigated by tensile testing, conductivity testing, exfoliation corrosion experiment, optical microscope and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Results show that the partial resolution heat treatment combined with aging treatment decreases the tensile strength, but increases the conductivity and exfoliation corrosion resistance properties of the AA7085 aluminum alloys significantly. The microscope analyses show that with partial resolution heat treatment combined with aging treatment the alloy could produce discontinuous and fine grain boundary precipitates η phase, so that the corrosion resistance is enhanced.
