    泡沫金屬是一種兼具功能和結(jié)構(gòu)雙重屬性的優(yōu)秀工程材料,在作為工程構(gòu)件時就可能遇到剪切載荷的作用。探討泡沫材料在剪切載荷作用下其構(gòu)件內(nèi)部的力學(xué)行為,采用隔離分析的簡單方式,通過數(shù)理推演得出此種承載狀態(tài)下的力學(xué)關(guān)系表征。結(jié)果顯示,泡沫金屬材料受到剪切載荷作用而產(chǎn)生破壞時,其構(gòu)件內(nèi)部的最大名義切應(yīng)力大小可用多孔體的孔率以及泡沫金屬材料本身固有的特性參量來描述。通過這種數(shù)理關(guān)系,直接便捷得到該材料在此時的強度判據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    Porous metal foams are excellent engineering materials with dual attributes of structural and functional characteristics, and they may suffer shearing loads when they are used as engineering components. The mechanical behavior within the component is investigated for these materials under shearing loads, and the corresponding mechanical relationship is derived from mathematical-physical deduction, using a simple manner of segregating analysis. The results display that the maximal nominal shearing stress within the component can be described with the porosity of the porous body and the inherent characteristic parameters of the metal foam itself when it endures the fracture resulting from shearing loads. From this mathematical-physical relation, the strength criterion may be directly achieved for these materials under shearing loads.
