    摘要:

    分別采用掃描電鏡(SEM)、X射線衍射(XRD)、動(dòng)電位極化技術(shù)及零內(nèi)阻安培表方法研究爆炸焊接316L不銹鋼接頭的顯微組織形貌、物相、點(diǎn)蝕及電偶腐蝕行為。結(jié)果表明,316L不銹鋼側(cè)焊縫金屬存在嚴(yán)重的組織形變和金屬間化合物相,且相對(duì)于基體試樣,316L不銹鋼側(cè)焊縫和熔合區(qū)產(chǎn)生了更多的δ鐵素體相,這些因素導(dǎo)致焊接后的316L不銹鋼耐點(diǎn)蝕和電偶腐蝕性能降低。

    Abstract:

    The morphology, phase, pitting corrosion behaviors and galvanic corrosion resistance behavior of the welded joint of 316L stainless steel and Ti(TA2) clad plate were studied by scanning electron microcopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), zero-internal resistance ammeter and potentiodynamic polarization technique. The results show that the welded 316L presents severe deformation and has intermetallic phase; moreover, more δ-ferrite phase emerges at the welded seam and fusion area near 316L side. All these factors lead to the decrease of pitting corrosion resistance and galvanic corrosion resistance of the welded 316L.
