    摘要:

    采用TiB2顆粒與鋁粉混配的方法,獲得利于成形的預制體,采用壓力浸滲法制備體積分數(shù)為20%的TiB2P/6061Al復合材料,并采用10:1的擠壓比對復合材料進行熱擠壓。利用掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)和萬能電子拉伸機對熱擠壓前后復合材料的微觀組織及力學性能進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過該種方法制備的復合材料經(jīng)熱擠壓后具有良好的室溫拉伸力學性能,抗拉強度為447.5 MPa,彈性模量為121.8 GPa,延伸率可達7.95 %,顯示出良好的強塑性配合,分析其強塑性來源于增強體與基體之間的良好界面結(jié)合、晶粒細化強化和沉淀強化

    Abstract:

    Based on the easily-formed preform made of the mixture of TiB2 particles and aluminum powder, 20% TiB2P/6061Al composites (volume fraction) were fabricated by pressure infiltration method; subsequently, the composites were hot extruded with 10:1 extrusion ratio. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the composites before and after hot extrusion were studied with SEM, TEM and a tensile machine. Results show that the composites after hot extrusion exhibit better tensile strength, such as the tensile strength of 447.5 MPa, elastic modulus of 121.8 GPa and large elongation of 7.95 %. The high strength-plasticity for the composites is attributed to the interfacial bonding strength and grain refining strengthening and precipitation strengthening
