    摘要:

    采用熔煉法加球磨處理制備Mg2Ni1-xCux (x=0, 0.2, 0.4)合金。通過XRD和SEM/EDX對合金的相成分和微觀組織進行分析。研究表明,3種合金中都有Mg2Ni相形成。隨著Cu含量的增加,合金分別形成Mg2Cu相和Cu11Mg10Ni9相。PCT測量結(jié)果表明,Cu的添加可以改善合金的吸放氫性能。

    Abstract:

    Mg2Ni1-xCux alloys (x=0, 0.2, 0.4) were synthesized by two steps: induction melting and then ball milling. The composition and microstructure of the alloys were analyzed by XRD and SEM/EDX, respectively. Mg2Ni phase was observed in all of the 3 alloys. The increase of Cu amount led to the formation of Mg2Cu phase and Cu11Mg10Ni9 phase. The hydrogen absorption/desorption properties were tested on PCT measurement apparatus, and the results show that the hydrogen absorption/desorption properties of the alloys can be improved by the addition of Cu.
