    在利用梯度磁場模擬的重力場環(huán)境中,用自組裝的方法在鈦合金表面制備官能團(tuán)修飾的改性表面。采用接觸角測量儀測量各種表面的接觸角及表面能,用AFM分析拋光及酸洗表面的粗糙度。接觸角測量結(jié)果表明,幾種表面對3種測試液體的接觸角及表面能的變化趨勢基本一致;強(qiáng)磁效應(yīng)使得官能團(tuán)修飾的鈦合金表面接觸角降低,表面能提高;磁場強(qiáng)度相等時(shí),重力加速度與接觸角呈反比關(guān)系,與表面能呈正比關(guān)系。

    Abstract:

    Functional-group-modified surface of titanium alloys was derived by self-assembly method in the high-magnetic gravity field simulated by superconductive magnet. Contact angle and surface energy of the surface were measured and calculated by a contact angle meter, and surface roughness of the polished and eroded samples was analyzed by atomic force microscopy (AFM). The contact angle test results show that the developing tendency of contact angle and surface energy of the six test surfaces for the three fluids is basically consistent. The contact angle of the surface chemically modified by -PO4H2 functional group is decreased, and its surface energy is higher in the magnet than that out of the magnet due to the high magnetic effect. The acceleration of gravity is inversely proportional to the contact angle, and proportional to the surface energy when magnetic field intensity are equal.
