    摘要:

    采用放電等離子燒結(jié)技術(shù)(SPS)制備了AgSb1-xGaxTe2 (x=0~0.2),并研究其微結(jié)構(gòu)和熱電性能。結(jié)果表明:AgSb1-xGaxTe2具有與AgSbTe2相同的晶體結(jié)構(gòu),并形成了第二相AgGaTe2;摻Ga后,合金的Seebeck系數(shù)高于未摻Ga的參照樣品AgSbTe2,熱導(dǎo)率也低于AgSbTe2;在375 K時(shí),摩爾分?jǐn)?shù)x為0.1的合金AgSb0.9Ga0.1Te2的最大ZT值達(dá)到0.29,比AgSbTe2約高0.08。

    Abstract:

    The microstructures and thermoelectric properties of AgSb1-xGaxTe2 (x=0-0.2) alloys prepared by spark plasma sintering (SPS) were examined. Results show that the AgSb1-xGaxTe2 alloys possess the same crystal structure with AgSbTe2, and formed secondary phase AgGaTe. After the alloy was doped with Ga, Seebeck coefficients were higher than that of the reference sample without Ga doping, but the thermal conductivity was lower than that of AgSbTe2. When x=0.1, i.e. the alloy was AgSb0.9Ga0.1Te2, the maximum ZT was 0.29 at 375 K, which was approximately 0.08 higher than that of AgSbTe2.
