    摘要:

    利用Nb47Ti和Ta片作為原料,經(jīng)過3次擠壓并結(jié)合拉伸和軋制2種不同工藝,通過時(shí)效熱處理制備出了NbTiTa/Cu超導(dǎo)線材。通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)四引線法測(cè)量了2種線材在4.2 K下的超導(dǎo)性能。結(jié)果表明,采用拉伸法制備的NbTiTa線材具有更高的臨界電流密度,φ1.0 mm的超導(dǎo)線材Jc在4.2 K、8 T下,超導(dǎo)性能達(dá)到791 A/mm2。通過對(duì)線材的微觀組織觀察表明:在相同條件下,采用拉伸后的試樣芯徑大小均勻、銅比均勻、芯絲排列整齊且間距相等

    Abstract:

    NbTiTa/Cu superconducting wires were prepared through the thermal diffusion using NbTi sheets and Ta sheets as raw materials. During the process, the rolling and drawing methods were applied after three times extrusion. The superconducting property was measured by the standard method at 4.2 K in High Magnetic Field Laboratory in France. The results indicate that a higher critical current density is obtained in the drawing wires. Jc can reach 791 A/mm2 at 4.2 K and 8 T in the drawing wires with diameter of 1.0 mm. The investigation of microstructure shows that the homogenous filament, homogenous Cu/Sc ratio and same spacing between filaments are found in the drawing wires at the same conditions
