    摘要:

    采用等離子噴涂工藝制備ZrO2-8%Y 2O3(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù), 下同)陶瓷層,冷噴涂制備CoNiCrAlY粘結(jié)層,在高溫燃?xì)怙L(fēng)洞條件下測(cè)試熱障涂層的熱震性能,并研究了高溫氧化處理對(duì)試樣熱震性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,等離子噴涂熱障涂層具有較好的抗熱震性能,經(jīng)過(guò)100次熱震循環(huán)后,涂層與基體結(jié)合良好,涂層較為完整,未出現(xiàn)大面積的剝落;經(jīng)過(guò)氧化處理后的試樣抗熱震性較差。

    Abstract:

    Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) comprised of 92 wt.% ZrO2 and 8 wt.% Y2O3 (YSZ); CoNiCrAlY bond coat were deposited by an Air Plasma Spraying (APS) technique. The thermal shock resistance of the TBCs was tested under high temperature wind tunnel. The influence of the high temperature oxidation treatment on the thermal shock resistance of the TBCs was also studied. The results showed that, the TBCs deposited by APS had a good property of thermal shock resistance after 100 cycles. The coating was unabridged and combined well with the substrate, with no spallation of large areas occurring. While the specimens after high temperature oxidation treatment showed poor thermal shock resistance.
