    摘要:

    利用XRD、SEM和電阻應(yīng)變片等方法研究了Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xPtx)1.95(x=0.00,0.02,0.04,0.06,0.08)合金的微結(jié)構(gòu)和磁致伸縮特性。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)Pt含量x≤0.06時(shí),合金為具有立方MgCu2型結(jié)構(gòu)的Laves單相,Pt置換Fe導(dǎo)致合金相的晶格常數(shù)a線性增大;磁致伸縮系數(shù)λ隨Pt含量的增加不斷減小,隨外磁場(chǎng)(H≤500 mT)的增大而單調(diào)增大;當(dāng)合金在950 ℃退火4 h,可獲得較好的磁伸縮性能。在x=0.08時(shí),合金中出現(xiàn)微量第二相Fe3Dy, 證實(shí)Pt在Tb0.3Dy0.7Fe1.95合金中的最大固溶度小于5at%。

    Abstract:

    The microstructure and magnetic properties of the Tb0.3Dy0.7(Fe1-xPtx)1.95 (x=0.00, 0.02, 0.04, 0.06, 0.08) alloys were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and resistance strain gauge techniques. It is found that the alloys are the single phase microstructure of MgCu2 cubic Laves when the Pt content is less than 0.06 at%, with a line increase of the lattice parameters with the increase of Pt content. But the magnetostriction coefficients decrease with the increase of Pt content, and increase with the increase of external magnetic fields. When the alloys were heated for 4 h at 950 ℃, a better magnetostriction effect is obtained. A small amount of RFe3 phase exists when the Pt content is 0.08 at%.
