    摘要:

    采用分離式Hopkinson Bar技術(shù)對TC6鈦合金等軸組織及網(wǎng)籃組織試樣進(jìn)行了動態(tài)剪切試驗(yàn),通過光學(xué)顯微鏡、掃描電鏡及透射電鏡研究了TC6鈦合金2種組織絕熱剪切帶的形成機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明:由于組織狀態(tài)不同,其絕熱剪切帶的形成機(jī)理也不同;等軸組織絕熱剪切帶的形成是位錯增殖、運(yùn)動及塞積的結(jié)果,而網(wǎng)籃組織絕熱剪切帶的形成則是動態(tài)再結(jié)晶的結(jié)果。

    Abstract:

    Dynamic shearing experiment has been done for TC6 titanium alloy by using the technology of split Hopkinson bar. The formation mechanics of adiabatic shear band of TC6 titanium alloy have been studied by optical microscope (OP), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It is shown that the formation mechanics of adiabatic shear band are different due to the different microstructures for the TC6 titanium alloy. To the spherical equiaxed microstructures, its formation of shear band is due to the multiplication, moving and clogging of dislocation; and to the lamellar microstructures, the formation of shear band is due to the dynamic recrystallization.
