    摘要:

    采用溶膠凝膠模板法成功制備出氧化錫納米纖維,研究了氧化錫納米纖維的顯微組織及用作鋰電池電極時(shí)的電化學(xué)性能.掃描電鏡觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),氧化錫納米纖維有規(guī)則地排列著,并且相互平行.X射線衍射分析表明,氧化錫納米纖維是晶體結(jié)構(gòu).把它用作鋰電池電極時(shí)能得到好的循環(huán)性能和高的容量,經(jīng)過(guò)多次循環(huán)后仍能具備好的充放電性能.

    Abstract:

    SnO2 nanofibers were successfully prepared in porous anodie aluminum oxide(AAO)template by sol-gel-template method.The microstructures and electrochemical properties of SnO2 nanofibers were studied.SEM images indicate that SnO2nanofibers are uniformly distributed and parallel to each other.The SnO2 nanofiber possesses a tubular structure.The XRD pattem shows that the nanofibers are cassiterite Sn02.Good cycling performance could be obtained when the SnO2 nanofibers were used as electrodes in the Li-ion batteries.The electrodes could deliver high capacity and still retain the ability to discharge and recharge through many cycles.
