    摘要:

    研究了加入不同量的Sc對(duì)AZ91鎂合金微觀組織和耐腐蝕性能的影響.利用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡分析了合金的微觀組織,并利用電化學(xué)分析技術(shù)分析了合金的耐腐蝕性能.結(jié)果表明,在0.18%~0.57%范圍內(nèi)隨著Sc含量的增加,合金的微觀組織不斷細(xì)化,且合金的耐腐蝕性能得到提高,雖然合金的腐蝕電位變化不大,但合金的腐蝕電流密度變化顯著,當(dāng)Sc的加入量為0.39%時(shí),電流密度最小.

    Abstract:

    The microstructure and corrosion resistant property of AZ91 magnesium alloy with different additions of Sc were investigated The microstructures were observed by OM and SEM, and the corrosion properties were studied by electrochemical technique. The results show that with the increase of Sc content in the range from 0.18%-0.57%, the alloy microstructures are fined continuously, and the corrosion resistance of the alloy is improved. Although the change of the corrosion voltage is not big, the corrosion current density increases obviously. When Sc content is 0.39%, the minimum current density appears.
