    摘要:

    通過測量NiTiCr形狀記憶合金絲的恢復(fù)率和做拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn)來觀察冷變形對其超彈性的影響.結(jié)果表明,不同的冷變形量對NiTiCr的超彈性有著顯著的影響.當(dāng)冷變形量超過27%時(shí),NiTiCr絲的彈性隨變形量的增加而顯著增強(qiáng),在變形量達(dá)到33%之后,彈性隨變形量的變化不大.單純的冷變形不能使NiTiCr絲呈現(xiàn)完全的非線性超彈性.同時(shí)討論了實(shí)驗(yàn)彎曲次數(shù)與彈性穩(wěn)定性之間的關(guān)系.

    Abstract:

    In this article, the effect of cool deformation on NiTiCr super-elastic was studied by measuring its resume rate and stretching experiment . The results show that the different cold deformation has evidence influence on the super-elastic of NiTiCr. The elastic increases obviously with the increase of the deformation when the cool deformation is over 27%. However, when the deformation is over 33%, the elastic is no more change. The mere cool deformation can not make NiTiCr to exhibit non-line super-elastic entirely. The dependence of the stability of elestic on the bending cycles is also discussed.
