    摘要:

    為了提高高溫合金母合金錠的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量,提出了在高溫合金真空熔鑄的凝固過(guò)程,施加電磁攪拌的真空電磁鑄造技術(shù)。使用電子探針和光學(xué)顯微鏡研究了在真空熔鑄的凝固過(guò)程,施加電磁攪拌對(duì)高溫合金母合金錠內(nèi)在質(zhì)量的影響。結(jié)果表明:在高溫合金真空熔鑄的凝固過(guò)程中,合理施加50Hz,60A的電磁攪拌,細(xì)化和增加了高溫合金母合金錠的等軸晶組織,減少了中心縮孔縮松的大小和分布,大幅減輕了枝晶偏析的程度,從而使高溫合金母合金錠的內(nèi)在質(zhì)量得到明顯的改善。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the inner quality of superalloy master ingots, a technology of vacuum electromagnetic casting (V-EMC) was developed for the superalloy, i.e., applying electromagnetic stirring to the solidification process of vacuum casting. The effect of electromagnetic stirring on the inner quality of superalloy master ingots was studied with EPMA and optical microscope. The results show that the equiaxial crystals of superalloy master ingot can be effectively refined and increased, and the central shrinkage porosity and the dendritic segregation are greatly reduced, so the inner quality is obviously improved for the superalloy master ingots when electromagnetic stirring at a frequency of 50 Hz and a current of 60 A.
