    摘要:

    利用噴射成形技術(shù)制備了7A60合金。借助掃描電鏡（SEM），透射電鏡（TEM），X射線衍射（XRD）等手段研究了噴射成形與鑄造7A60合金微觀組織的特點(diǎn)。結(jié)果表明，鑄造7A60合金的組織粗大，偏析嚴(yán)重。噴射成形7A60合金主要由細(xì)化的等軸晶組成，無(wú)明顯偏析。與傳統(tǒng)鑄錠冶金工藝相比，噴射成形工藝大大提高了冷卻速率，顯著細(xì)化了7A60合金的微觀組織。

    Abstract:

    7A60 alloys were prepared by spray deposition and casting techniques. The microstructures of the spray deposited and cast 7A60 alloys were studied using scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The results indicate that the cast 7A60 alloy exhibits coarse grains and macrosegregation. The microstructure of the spray-deposited Al-Zn-Mg-Cu alloy is composed of the refined, equiaxial grains without obvious segration. Compared with the traditional technique, the spray deposition technique increased cooling rate greatly, refine the microstructure of 7A60 alloy obviously.
