    摘要:

    對(duì)Zr55A110Ni5Cu30塊狀非晶合金進(jìn)行了室溫納米壓痕實(shí)驗(yàn),利用掃描電子顯微鏡、透射電子顯微鏡揭示了非晶合金的微區(qū)形變特征。結(jié)果表明:在壓痕周圍形成離散的剪切帶,形變引起了塊狀非晶合金局部自由體積增加。利用自由體積模型對(duì)非晶合金的微區(qū)形變機(jī)制進(jìn)行了分析。

    Abstract:

    Plastic deformation of bulk metallic glass (BMG) Zr55Al10Ni5Cu30 was investigated by nanoindentation experiments at room temperature. The characters of plastic deformation were studied by means of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicate that the discrete shear bands are formed around the indent and the local free volume is increased in the bulk metallic glass by deformation. The mechanism governing the plastic deformation was discussed in terms of the free volume mode.
