    摘要:

    研究了粉末冶金法制備SiC顆粒增強AZ81鎂基復合材料的力學性能及力學性能變化的機理。實驗結(jié)果表明,與AZ81基體相比,通過加入一定合適體積的SiC顆粒,SiCp/AZ81復合材料的拉伸強度、斷裂韌性、硬度均有了較大提高,其最大值分別達到271.61MPa,5.96MPa·m^1/2,2.52GPa。

    Abstract:

    The mechanical properties of SiC Particulate reinforced AZ81 magnesium Base composites prepared by powder metallurgy were studied in the article. The mechanism of mechanical properties was also investigated. The experimental results show that tensile strength, fracture toughness, Vickers hardness of SiCp/AZ81 composites were remarkably improved when a proper volume of SiC were added, their maximum can reach 271.61 MPa, 5.96 MPa-m1/2, 2.52 GPa, respectively.
