    摘要:

    主要介紹了難熔金屬W，Mo，Ta，Nb及其合金單晶的制備技術(shù)，單晶的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，并對單晶制備技術(shù)和單晶材料的發(fā)展方向提出了一些合理化建議。

    Abstract:

    The preparation technology and development on the single crystals of refractory metals of their alloys were introduced in this paper.Some suggestions have been given on the R&D prospects of processing technology for the single crystals of refractory alloys to enhance the high temperature creep resistance.
